ANSB's plant is located near Bestari Jaya, 50km from Kuala Lumpur, and is directly accessible from the PLUS Highway via the Bukit Tagar interchange. This allows easy access to the plant from across the country.

ANSB's plant is situated in an area that is ear-marked by the authorities as an integrated waste management centre (which also houses the Bukit Tagar sanitary landfill, the largest sanitary landfill in the country build and operated by ANSB's related company). The plant is surrounded by a 500 metre buffer zone, the largest full-fledged buffer zone in any waste management facility in the country.
